IBU2 PRO SUPERSPIN PROBLEM ON START UP

hi
all its been a while since ive posted but just getting back into tanks .
ive just started my tiger 1 tagen hull ibu2 pro up and everthing works ok sounds smoke motion etc but as soon as the starting sound finishes the tracks spin in diffrent direction at full speed with both the sticks in central postion and a full lipo battery ?
i havent used it for about 6 months or so and it was fine prior .
any ideas would be most welcome .
