I've not seen this shape in 16th but maybe someone would be up for printing one? Otherwise, Forgebear often stock spare IS-2 top hulls which you could modify. I have one that will one day become a ISU version.

Yes, this IS-2 M designation refers to a post-war modernization program when the IS-2 tanks got new fenders and other changes were made too.
Perhaps it's better to say that the IS-II tanks built during World War II were model 1943 and model 1944.
I found an IS-2 tank model 1943 line drawing and when you look at it, you notice that both the hull front and the turret gun shield (the gun shield is narrower) are different when comparing them to the 1944 model.
