M4A3 75mm with a muzzle break?

If anyone, who has built detailed Sherman’s and doesn’t mind my many questions about it, would you private message me. I have several questions about where to get certain items for the model. For example, the one I purchased is straight down along the sides, where as the one I have in the drawing seems to have somewhat of a “shelf” along the side where it seems gear was stored.

The E8 mod had a skirt extension that could be considered a 'shelf'.
No idea where you get one from unless you buy a Tamiya upper hull, or know somebody willing to trade tho...
