WOW what a great day i had, even the wife enjoyed it !! and she did the videoing. Got some great photos of Tiger 131 and i actually drove a tiger tank!!!
cheers Crispy, shame you couldn't make it, going into the museum they asked me to fill in a vat/tax return form (or something) so they could claim some cash back from the government, anyway the sheet of paper they gave me is a free entry to the museum for the rest of the year!!! so i will be going back at some time.
I will post the video on youtube once i edit it, and it will stick some more photos on here and my website.
Wish i could have gone!!! I see the BEST tank was flying its flag (non biased opinion of course)
P.s where can i get my hands on one of those little tiger tanks? look like greate fun!
"He knows every thing about nothing, and not so much about that, if you know somebody who knows what he knows, then you must know....someone quite thick!
They have taken the Tiger out for the last 5 years even when it was running very badly misfiring and stalling don't forget this is a crowd puller people from all over the world come to this event just to see the Tiger you will be surprised how quiet the tank is when it's running
They shall not grow old as we who are left grow old.
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning,
WE WILL REMEMBER THEM
