Just a fun thing I thought of ... Inspired by comments on my own Mad Max style build thread.

Anyone who has a spare WPL or JJRC 4x4 or 6x6 truck laying around that they're unsure of what to do with, or anyone looking at buying one but needing a reason to -

How about a Mad Max build-off?

The idea is simple. Build a Post-Apocalyptic, Mad Max style war rig from your WPL or JJRC truck (or similar). The fun about a build like this is that it's completely freeform, most of us have to go "as real as possible" when building our tanks, and something like this offers a lot of freedom to raid your parts bin and scavenge bits and scratchbuild with plasticard. I find it liberating to know that I don't have to be super careful with my tools and glue, any mess I make is easily excusable as a 'battle trophy' for my Mad Max war rig. Add on armor plates! Glue on those spare MGs you have lying around! Add that stowage, mix all nationalities together! Russian, German, American, it doesn't matter - anything goes!

The rules for this build-off are very simple:

- Entry is simple. Just post a link to your build thread in this thread
- There is no deadline, though try to keep your build thread somewhat active with maybe weekly updates?
- There are no prizes.

Why, to promote creativity among the forum going population and hopefully spread inspiration, sparking a wave of amazing builds of a style not often seen on here.

*sigh* Ok. I'll admit it. I just want to see cool trucks. Sue me.
