Depending on how historically accurate you want to be, you might want to keep in mind that the Tigers carried very, very little stowage.

Not to mention being so close to home. The Allies had to carry all that stuff with them so they had a lot more stowage on their tanks.

Not to mention the German economy and industrial issues. Could they afford to adorn their tanks with goodies? For those that have access to Yesterday channel their new series War Factories sheds a very different and logical view of WW2. Worth looking up.
