M18 Hellcat

Post by andy_01732 »

Hi Guys. Thought I would share with you my Hellcat converted from a Bulldog. One of the biggest challanges is reversing the wheel layout as Hellcats were driven from the front not the rear like the Bulldog. The easiest way to do this was turn the back to the front and vice versa by building a completely new hull from plasticard. I wanted the turret to be as detailed as my skills would allow so scratch built the gun breach and interior. Let me know what you think. Andy

Guys,
finished pictures of the Hellcat. I would dread to think how many hours has gone into this, but I am pleased with the results.
