Making Track Links

I wasn't being overly serious about the printer, but may be worth checking out Materialise and/or https://www.3t-am.com/ : I've worked with either the company or the staff at various times professionally.

Another option may be to make the links in two parts? Can you laser cut the plates (with the link lugs) and print the tread & horns in plastic? More work but you can keep the cost down as the laser cutting should be 2d sheet only but have metal for the stress components.
