jagdpanther recoil

hi everyone i bought a heng long jagd panther at the weekend it said on the box it was infa red but its not its a bb firer does anyone know how to convert it to ir with recoil? please help.

Hi The question is do you want it Tamiya compatable battle system or heng long ,it can be converted ,to either system ,the recoil of the barrel can be done one off of a few ways 1st is the heng long recoil which swops for the BB gun or you could alter the BB gun to recoil or fit a tamiya recoil .

could the aisatam recoil unit be modified to fit the Jagdpanther

Hi Dave (forgebear )has the recoil units and I think he may have the I.R. units the tank should have an rx18 board to make the I.R. work .First thing is swop over the gun for the recoil unit and fit the I.R.emmitter which fits on the mantle of the gun .then install the wiring for the battle unit .

Hi this happened to me I went into my local model shop and they had a Jagdpanther it said infrared but when i got it home it was a bb firing one the problem is they use the same box you have to check what box is ticked.

hi all is the recoil out of the stug fit the jagdpanther and where can i get a barrel and i r imiter?

Yes its out of the stug ,You should be able to use the same barrel ,cant see them making 2 barrels for one tank.

Barrel seems to be single piece so doesn't look like it will recoil.
