Hello again just a quick update on the Panzer IV. A lot of faffing about done not much to show for it. Just a partial reassemble to see if I got the return rollers and front drive sprockets about right. Next step is to reinforce the insides to reduce twisting on the chassis to a minimum. Reposition the switches and reinstall the electrics fill in any remaining holes and last put shields over the gearboxes to stop grease getting everywhere. So just as a taster some pictures of the old girl in one peice. Any comments welcome. All the best for now
Alan  ;D

PS yes the Stug did arrive ( thank you Andy first class service ) and YES it's now got metal drive wheels, idlers, metal tracks. But you will have to wait for the Stug upgrade thred to see it ( plus SWMBO has put it away for Christmas and I can't play with it till then  >:( )

Unfortunataly  I have the HL Panzer IV , Panzer III , Tiger 1 ( early to late conversion ) as well as a Tamiya Tiger I ( earley to mid conversion ). Once these are done I can make a start on my latest buy the Stug. Now I wish I had done one at a time would have saved time and money I think LOL  ;D ;D ;D. But I wish you well with your panzer IV they are nice models to work on. All the best for now
