If you had to choose, which would you choose and why?
Tamiya Pershing M26 or Tamiya Sherman M4

Re: Choices, choices...
I prefer the earlier war equipment so I would choose the Sherman.

Re: Choices, choices...
Good morning,
I don't have an HVSS equipped Sherman so that would be my choice. ( The Pershing offers an advanced ( over the Sherman at least ) control module which will give you lights, etc. If you have neither, take a good long look at the Pershing.
regards,
Painless

Sherman for me - install Pershing mf and dmd or aftermarket sounds and you get lights etc

I can vouch for the build quality of the
Pershing. It is excellent

Sherman for me also, mind you I'm a bit biased as I have 5 of them
2 with tamiya electronics and 3 with aftermarket boards

With a Tiger 1 and a KT in the bag already, I’d love to get 2 but haven’t even explained the T1 yet!!!....

Re: Choices, choices...
Well, it has to be the Sherman for me
Although that may be obvious coming from me
I've seen a few of the Heng Long and Tamiya Pershings, and that Tamiya one is very nice indeed, sadly not even Tamiya has given the model torsion bar suspension like it should have, but at least it doesn't have external shocks on a couple of central road wheels like it shouldn't have, but Heng Long wrongly has.
And the Tamiya Sherman has HVSS, which is always a bonus over other makes.
They are both very good models, both run well, I don't think you'll be disappointed with either.
