With a design that simple it wouldn't be hard at all to scratch build, especially with a card model available that can be used as your template. Given the size, you may want to consider larger scale like 1/10 or even 1/6. Here's the original shot of what I posted earlier to give you sense of its minuscule size.

Very easy to do in 1/16 scale.
Just take two or three bits of plastic out of the rubbish bin, throw them in a box with two drops of glue, and the job is done!
