Turning brass black/darker.

Turning brass black/darker.

Going to do more chain work , pins and chain for track holders etc. Is there an easy way to make it look like steel . Used MR METAL PRIMER ON 1st batch then paint , don't want the chain links solid with paint.

Metal blackener. Gun blueing solution. I know they make formulas for brass.

Thanks Maccrage Model shop has AK burnishing fluid for tracks , wonder if its ok with brass.

Tried the AK burnishing fluid on some brass , it works black now. :D
