Re: Late HL Tiger "Nearly ready for Paint "
looking good , dont forget they didnt have great paint jobs on the real items, they were often painted with brooms or rags in the field , and some of the colours came as a paste that was thinned with fuel/ water
all the best, ice
all the best, ice
on second thoughts lets not go to Camelot ,it is a silly place

Just thought I would add these 3 pics. The painting is under way and as you can see it has been base coated in Tamiya XF-60 in preparation for its Normandy camo scheme. Many thanks to Ozs tutorial on air brushing/ weathering for giving me assistance on this. Here is the link to his thread. http://www.rctankwarfare.com/Forums/index.php/topic,2429.0.html

Cheers Luke, Its unbelievable, the amount of work that goes into one of these builds. I feel at any minute, I could screw up the painting and all them hours I have put in, go down the swanny. LOL.
MicheleKingtiger, I plan to give it a Normandy camo scheme. Nice Sdkfz halftrack you have there
