The first pic looks like a kit bash using a stretched KT hull and the turret from the Panzerhaubitze 2000.

That would be a nice model to build edelweiss. Notice I said nice not easy the turret looks like it will provide some challenges  . If you do have a go at it a build thread would be MOST welcome as I do like the E series " paper Panzers " and may even pluck up the courage to have a go and build one myself one day.
