Hello,

perhaps this will help you:

Installation instructions for the track tension system Art.No.052-M- Taigen metal lower hull.

Needed tools:
2.0mm & 10mm drill bits or Step Drill, 1.5 / 2.0mm Allen wrench.

Step 1. Remove the existing idler mount system.

Step 2. Drill the existing 4mm opening in the hull side panels to 10mm.

Step 3. Smooth the side panels of the tub with a file or dremel tool, the new idler arm bracket must fit flat on the hull sides.

Step 4. Insert the two idler brackets in the 10 mm hole as in the photo, and mark the mounting hole, then drill with a 2mm drill bit.

Step 5. Mount new idler brackets in the hull sides and secure with the provided screws and nuts. Install the new idler arms. Install the idler wheels. It is recommended to use loctite to secure the idler arm adjustement socket head screws. Use 'blue' locktite. Do not use a strong loctite! Ask your stockist before you purchase the loctite and inform him that this product is to secure the small socket head screw but the screw must be removable!

with kind regards,Guido
