Greetings!!
Tis your (new!!) old mate Panzerschreck saying a big `ow ee doing me `andsomes!! from deepest, darkest Cornwall!!
Little bit about the old self - total self confessed treadhead since about the year dot, anything with tracks and a big gun on it - OOOH ARRR!!!! Started as I reckon many of us did with 1/72 & then 1/35 scale (Tamiya in my case) tank kits, then discovered that Tamiya did 1/16 scale full option tank kits - and the rest as they say is (rather expensive!!) history!!
Presently "Kampfgruppe Kernow" consists of the following:
Tamiya Full Option: Tiger I
Tiger II
Panther Ausf G - "Kurt"
Sherman 105mm Howitzer - "Big John"
Heng Long Custom Build/Pro Paint Job: Panzer III
StuIG 33B - "Otto"
StuG Ausf G - "Helga"
M41A3 Walker Bulldog, Vietnam Model (RPG screens, extra .50cal
HMG etc.)
Also have Tamiya 1/12 scale XR311 Combat Support Vehicle and (most recent build) M1025 Hummer ( great fun, goes like ka ka of a digging implement!!) done out as an early USMC model.
So thats me, nice to be part of the gang, T.T.F.N.!!
Or as we do say down `ere me beauties...
Oggy Oggy Oggy, Oi Oi Oi!! Stand by yer beds, the Cornish are coming!!
Greetings from Cornwall!!
