The DasMikro sound card and speaker is tiny and plays as standard the correct sound for a small/medium truck. At BG's price they are perfect for this application (l have many and all work perfectly)

I think that's very reasonable. To take a truck from Toy grade to hobby grade including sound for under $80 is pretty good, IMHO.
I got most of the stuff on sale for a good price so I paid $5 for the servo, $6 for the ESC, $20 for a das mikro with speaker, and $30 for a FlySky 3 Channel radio. The radio usually goes for $40, the servo for just under 10, and an ESC can be anywhere from 5 to $15. I got my das mikro from banggood when they still had them for $20. I also have a different sound unit that I believe was around $30, and it comes with a better speaker than the micro. The only problem with that setup is that it's kind of big so the micro is better for compact spaces.

It's the same running gear as the other trucks but the body makes it look bigger than the other 6 wheel trucksSon of a gun-ner wrote:Thank youJohnWhyte wrote:Helifar makes the MAN truck

You're welcome!Son of a gun-ner wrote: And thank you Mr Steelbird, this is just the truck my shallow pockets need. . . .
When I first got my hands on the hobby, I called it big boy's toys, the first tank which I got costed me $120 and it was just entry level Heng Long's Pantiger. I moved on with more and more expensive tanks. The Mato's full metal PzIII costed around $700 and most recently the metal lower hull of the Tiger 1 costed another $255. All are 3 digits. I looked at the Cross's 1/10 Ural and liked it a lot but the cost of around $800 stop me there. Further, a 1/10 truck and other 1/16 tanks can't put together.
I first saw this 1/16 truck on Facebook and a Thai guy asked for 1900 Thai baht (around $58), I thought how could it be so cheap or this is just a small boy's toy? But after more research, I found that it is a Heng Long's product so it's reasonable. It's just a little bit cheaper than Heng Long's Tiger 1 which costs around $80. I think I will get one of these sooner or later. Currently, I'm busy with my Tiger 1.

Good afternoon,
I stand corrected. Per this fellow, the URAL is the best truck out there from WPL so far. Looks like it is worth money, requiring only sound and better lights. ( In my opinion )

What do you mean better lights? I find it perfect that it has those yellow old school front lights. It could do with rear lights perhaps

Started as a tank man.
2x early Tiger 1's made from parts of HL, Taigen, Mato and whatever I saw suitable.
Ural 4320 (~1/12)

I wonder how many manufacturers are producing this same model? In the review video, there is an opened top Ural in the far background. I watched another review, it was totally a joke or you may call it a simple toy. It had hard plastic wheels and suspensions just move a little up and down. A thumb down from the reviewer.
However, this truck is a little light to me. I think you need to have some payload for it, 1 or 2 kilograms maybe, and if possible, a stronger motor with more torque.
