It would be pointless to not paint a tank model, no matter what it is made of.

+1. Swap the rivets for diamonds!! ;)

At that price I'd buy Hooben's 1/10 Tiger & Sherman & still have money left over for batteries plus a few rounds of drinks for the crowd the local pub. :haha:

Found this Aero-Mate Tiger 1 (mid production?) on Youtube. Beautiful and more detail. I guess it's not cheap either.

As I have said they worth a look but don't touch it.

My Mato's metal lower hull is also afraid of turning on grass especially running on sand and small stone. I'm not sure it's due to HL's electrics or not because the electrics will turn off engine if it can't move. I'm going to change the electrics of CS TK-16 once the transmitter arrives.

So far as I've searched, Mato is the cheapest metal tank but with less detail or more mistakes which some members complain. My conclusion is: take the lower metal hull to add weight to your tank and match it with a plastic upper hull so you can add detail on it easier. Happy tanking!
