This is a m. 1941 T-34 turret, but its details are a bit different:

front and back parts particularly

That looks like a cast turret. The Finnish one had a welded turret. Trumpeters '42 also has the cast turret

Most of the differences between the '41 and '42 are with the hull.

Thats the welded turret but the gun housing is pointed and will need squaring off.
