Where to get PANZER 4

I’m after a Pz4 as all my tanks are Torro bar HOOBEN Elefant, But I tried a TORRO PZ4 when they first came out and it was to heavy for its suspension has it improved to those that own one, I don’t want HL so maybe Tamiya.or Mato!!!!!
