The M4A3 was powered by the Ford GAA V8, there should be a set for it on the IBU2's SD card.

Colour can be a can of worms at times. There is plenty of discussion on different modelling forums about which is the most accurate brand of olive drab for a sherman and then there is the "scale effect" to take into consideration if you're a believer in that school of thought. I used Vallejo Model Air Olive Drab on my Jumbo and was happy with the result. That said, I do have a slight touch of colour blindness so I'm probably not the best person to make a judgement call on shades of paint.

I like the Tamiya olive drab, but it's not really representative of the OD used in WWII which was very dark and semi glosss.
