This is my 1/18 RTR PBR MKII Proboat Alpha.
I have been modifying the boat, with 1/18 figures and fitting and it's still a work in progress.

The spektrum 2 channel receiver, was replaced with spektrum 4 channel receiver. this allowed me, to run the lights, sound card and turret rotation from my DX4c.

I have moved the receiver, to the bridge area to increase the 2.4 ghz performance.

The area in side the bridge with the electrics in place.

Harry: That's effective work!

The various accessories and signs you added to the PBR sure capture the irony felt by many young men sent to Vietnam. As happens for even me, a few feelings of anxiety, confusion, sympathy, and whatnot more came back for a second--and I was not even there! Even if you weren't there, I'd bet you have memories of the time.
Is that really 1/18 or is it the 1/16 RTR version (with your modifications) first sold about, what 5 or 6 years ago?

Hi Mr Harry.
Very nice.
I scratch built 1 at 1/16 scale in about 2005, still have it, then built a 1/16 PCF and thought might as well have the whole set so built a 1/16 scale Bell SK5 assault hovercraft that was used with great effect upon the plain of Reeds area, frightened the VC to death as they thought it was a Dragon.
A couple of pics of my PBR MK2.
I never think of showing some of my other stuff i have made on here, but will post some pics if anyone is interested on a separate thread.
