Let's party like it's 1946

Post by tomhugill »

Yesterday I had the chance to get her back together and up and running. I've a few more bits to finish, I want to add some vampire IR equipment, full crew and maybe some stowage but you get.the general idea! Electrics are an open panzer tcb, benedini sound card, two hobbyking xcar 45a esc, servo recoil from rctankelectronics, servo elevation and a tiger ring ir reciver from rctankaustralia.

In addition you'll notice an e50, I bought this from Martin Von Edelweis not so long ago. Its future is not certain but if it stays with me it'll get the same treatment as the e90

Good morning,
Very good looking work there, Tom. From a divergent Time Line rushed ( with a lot of upgrades in between ) to your back stoop. Beautiful stuff.
regards,
Painless

And I've always liked paper panzers! These both look amazing in fact they look almost too good! They look like Trumpeter kits or some other major brand maybe dragon. The detail is superb and the paint jobs are excellent! Is there a build video on these or a build thread? Are these kits? Where can we get them? Very amazing! One of the last issues of Panzer Aces modeling magazine is on paper panzers and it has a maus on the front done up like it came out of the factory in 1946, it's inspired me to do more of these type of Tanks so I would really like to know more information on these kits.
