Dodge weapons carrier

Post by midlife306 »

Hi Frankie,
I’ve printed a few of these, it’s a really well designed model, I love it to bits.
You’ve done a cracking job on the paint, if mine are half as good looking when completed I’ll be well chuffed!
I’ve been waiting for a tx/rx set to come in the post, I’ve had a red card through the door today so hopefully it’s here & I’ll get it running this weekend.
Out of interest what motor/s are you powering it with?
Also, have you cut a bit off the end of the axles to bring the track in a little?
Cheers
Wayne
Edit, oh, also that canopy looks awesome, what’s it made out of?
Cheers

Cheers guys...
She’s just running a std HL motor/gearbox to the rear at the minute, it’s ok for what I want to do with her so won’t change it until it breaks, the track width has been narrowed to try and get the wheels tucked under the arches and the tonneau covers just painted/lacquered cloth...
remember...it's just a plastic tank... :/

Dodge weapons carrier

Definitely not 30mm wide lol
I’ll measure one when I get home.
It’s just like being at home, you try & help someone out but all you get is a bollocking & a microwaved tea....
Cheers
