Taranis QX7 Transmitter

I own a Mato Tiger 1 that comes with a Clark TK22. Recently, I upgraded the stock transmitter to a Taranis QX7 (w/ X8R Pro receiver). Took me quite a while to bind the transmitter to the tank due to some confusion. And after watching youtube videos the next day, I managed to get the sticks working in the way I want them to.

Now the next task is to assign switches on the QX7 to functions on the tank (eg. machine gun, cannon, smoke and power on). However, I am unable to find further info on this. Would greatly appreciate if some experienced in this area could guide me pls.
