when that second tank (cromwell) hits the ground its probably going to be wrecked, not to mention killing the crew! :D

I remember a mate of mine describing how some idiot had gone airborne with an M60 one day, snapping 3 torsion bars upon landing.
I cannot possibly repeat the coulourful language that accompanied his description of just how difficult it was to remove and replace the torsion bars while the tank was sitting immobile in the middle of a muddy field... ;D

had seen pictures in a book of the flying tank (5th picture) but never thought they actually built it! lol
