Have you seen ???????

Hi guys. Not very much suprises me these days but HAVE YOU SEEN the price of Stug 3 to 1 high grade  replacement gear boxes on TANKZONE  :o :o :o :o. I just happened to be trawling through the net looking for new things to buy when I stumbled across these ( sound of jaw hitting computer desk ). Checked out ebay and found to my disbelief they were indeed the same as those super strong gearbox's advertised there. Looks like the credit crunch is begining to realy bite.  So if you are looking for replacement low profile gearboxes start haggling with your supplier ?. All the best for now

I stopped using tankzone because of their high prices

Sometimes they are only source of items sadly

though they are cheapest/only place ive found for RX18's :P

Yes I have seen the RX 18s and was suprised at the price in comparison to the RX 13s  on the site as well. Also found that it's cheaper ( in the long run ) to buy the track hanger upgrade set for the jagdtiger than it is to go for the track hanger upgrade for the King tiger. Check it out for yourselves you get a lot more items in the Jagdtiger set than you do in the Kingtiger set for just a few quid more. Bought it for my Dad's KT and had bits left over for my KT IF I ever find the time / money to get it sorted. All the best for now

They are a bit pricey, I was thinking about ordering some of the Aber photo-etched parts for the early tiger from them.

I had a look at his store, thanks for the tip!  ;D He has the Aber German clasps & clamps set, which is the one I want I believe.

Can anyone confirm if that set has the tool and tow rope clamps on it?
