I know 3D printing could possibly solve this so I'm open to suggestions and ideas. ......
Or maybe I've lost my mind from working too hard

Ok I can see why you'd go with pre made tracksAlwynTurner wrote:Yes it can be done, I have done it using tracks that Woz printed for me for my Universal Carrier. The track links had to be glued together, cleaned, drilled, then acetone washed to weld the track link parts together, then re-drilled, then put together using dress making pins. The whole job took over 4 weeks and my fingers took another 4 weeks to heal. I will NEVER print and assemble tracks again (except for some track plates that I designed for Stug for his WW1 tank, but he will have the fun job of assembling them if he decides to go ahead.
If anyone else wants to do it, then I suggest they book themselves into the Priory for a mental evaluation, spend a month or so really considering whether they wish to inflict that amount of pain, suffering, and frustration on themselves, then go for it. You have been warned.![]()

Is it just me that worries that the ad doesn’t mention how many tracks you’re buying or what pins to use?lmcq11 wrote:Hi Carl,
It seems to me the inexpensive Spade Ace 38(t) or Luchs metal tracks would be a good fit for your build.
