Hi all, I've recently a bought a metal headlight set (Tiger I 1/16) from militarymight to fit to my Tamiya Tiger I. Can anyone tell me if they're bulbs / LEDs fitted in them, what voltage they run on etc. If they're leds do I need to fit an in line resistor? Is it possible to connect them to any of the connectors on the MF01 unit not used on the Tiger I?? (I think the tamiya pershing has headlights and the same multifunction unit, maybe?)
Cheers guys ..

Pershing has it's own MF unit no you cant plug this in to any of the unused Tiger MF ports and as for the rest I would ask Andy (Military Might) he would be best placed to answer
They shall not grow old as we who are left grow old.
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.

Re: Tiger I Headlights
I've got the headlights working. For anyone elses info, the lights are LEDs, they can be connected directly to a 7.2V battery without any in line resistor. The Yellow wire is +ve and the black -ve. I wired them directly to the battery connector for the MF unit with a tamiya BEC connector in line for easy disconnect. Lights are easily visible in daylight, although one is noticably brighter than the other (I made sure I had them wired in parallel and not series
)

Hi Gunslnger the Leds should be running on 5Volts if you run on 7,2 volts they won last long and usualy they have a resistor on the postive side
