Turret mods...

Hi, is it me, or has the heng long turret got a lip at the back underneath the stowage bin that should not be there. I have checked my reference books, and i cant really see a good pic of the lower turret, what i can just see in some photos is the turret going all the way down, but i dont have any of a late turret, so do i fill this in?

Thanks!...i looked at the build a few times, i think it was a case of, i cant see the wood for the trees...the third page shows a good shot of his re-worked turret. Off to the garage now to start work on mine....
