Help Needed

Post by Mad Fox »

hi guys, really need your help, came to do some work on my tank and found that my turret rotation unit had no wires on it, my lad was in here last night on the comp but had had a bit to drink and I think he has knocked them off, so I need details of which wires are for the turret rotation motor and a pic of it wired up inside the unit, if any of you could help me out I would be extreamly greatful, (I've looked in the hints and tips section to see if I can find what I need but can't see anything.

Cheers

Foxy.

Which end did he knock off, the motor end or the other?

Look at the 8 pin socket. On one end there are two wires. red and black. Red is on the end, black is the next one in. These provide the power to the turret rotation motor.

Follow them up and they should go to the motor. This is the best pic I have! (Ignore the non HL boards)  ::)
