Tow Hooks

Post by Afrikakorps »

Hi Guys,
on a recent battle day , I lost several tow hooks from my Tamiya M26 Pershing. :'( They are somewhere in the grass but being green they are far too well camouflaged. :haha:
So, I was wondering if any of you learned Gentlemen know where I could get replacement hooks ?
I think that I have seen metal versions, but cannot recall from where.
I much appreciate any help.
Cheers

I cannot help you with new hooks for your Pershing But have you thought about tying a piece of string around a magnet and trawling through the grass for them ?
Shaun.
I think I am about to upset someone :haha:

I think they might be plastic so neither of those suggestions will work.
We Aussies might not be real smart but we sure can lift heavy things.
Don't get your panties in a bunch , we still got hand weapons and the fifty!

You mean the towing hitches on the front glacis?

I have two metal ones left over from my last project :)

Heng Long's Store has pretty much every part they make.
When FDR coined the phrase "The Arsenal of Democracy", he was talking about Detroit. Proud to live in the 2nd most violent city in America!!
