HL Trucks section created

Due to the interest in the new HL trucks, a section has been created under Builds and Mods, existing threads will be moved there asap, so that the info is all in one place.

That its great but i'd rename the section to just trucks... so it would be a good place to find all truck related, halftruck included. what you think?

We already have one for anything non HL related. The HL one has been created as there is likely to a lot of interest in this particular range of models.
