1:100 scale scratch build SMS Preussen

Here are some pictures of my scratch build SMS Preussen. The SMS Preussen belonged to the Braunschweig class consisting of 5 battle ships. They where build between 1902 and 1904. At the start of world war 1 they where all obsolete. I picked the ship for its interesting look. But found out it was quite a challenge to build. It nearly took 3 years to build and there where moments I questioned my judgement to pick a difficult model like that. But at the end it was all worth it. It is fully radio controlled and looks great at the pond.
