I have a qeustion about true Tiger sound,is the WITTMAN MOVIE real sound footage? If so it would seem that sound track or bovington TIGER sound track would be the standard to improve on? What do you guys think?

I like it. plenty of potential and with the ability to adjust the low end and top end rev range you can make all your tanks sound different. Good job. Keep up the great work and please keep us posted with any progress or release dates

lol no more farts through the drain pipe. all that is left on the board is to write the instruction manual and get the plastic boxes that enclose the board. the board can be mounted anywhere, we made it small enough to fit in between the gear boxes. the volume, idle and top end are on mini bournes trimmers. this allows you to mount the controls any where on your tank. for the video i drilled out the back grill holes and epoxied the the two trimmer pots to the hull. my camera audio cuts out a little when i'm close to the speaker. its pretty loud.
lol thats ok Brel. farting down the drain pipe has become like a new buzz phrase here. and actually it is one of the funniest things i have heard. somebody had one of those fart machines and a chunk of pvc pipe. they snuck up on me and scared the hell out of me with it!!!

That is coming along nicely. Despite the adverse comments (most of which can be put down to good old British humour) it is getting there in leaps and bounds. It is worth noting that despite Tamiya making great claims about how their KT sounds came from a real KT at Saumer, the sound that their Tiger 1 makes is absolutely nothing like the Tiger at Bovington.
I would love to be able to ask the people at Bovington to start the Tiger up while I recorded it with no background noise. It would be fairly easy to chop the sound file up and create a completely accurate Tiger. I can dream!
personally I think that Tamiya have used the same engine sound in the King tiger, Tiger 1 and Jagdpanther models.
They would have made a better job of the Tiger 1 sounds if they had gone to Bovington and recorded their Tiger 1, the engine in the Tiger 1 at Bovington is a later production engine because the original engine had been sectioned by the powers that be some time ago.
