Hi all
A little bit of an odd request ..
Has any one got a T34 and also a T55 in there collections ...
If you have could you possiblely take a few pics ..of the tanks on there sides
Track to track .. so I can see how much if any differences there are and also the width
I am thinking about building an Israeli army Achzarit APC to go with a pending
Tiran 5 build
Any help most welcome
Any one with a T34 and a T55 I need pics

The T55 is a fraction longer and 15mm wider from wheel edge to wheel edge.

Thanks Warren
That fab what you have done for me .. I knew the t34 is narrower and I'd have to slice the hull in two down the middle ..and correct the difference and also the lend between the 34 and 5t is due to a different gearbox and engine .. so it's well possible to build
That achzarit. . And that my plans followed by the nagmachon
Which as far as I know have never been tackled in 1/16
... -reasoning. . May be there's a merkava 3D in some ones
New releases next year

This guy's selling files for a 1/24 Merkava MK2 http://www.gambody.com/blog/merkava-3d- ... eZOg4hrzRZ
And here's a Mk 4 in 1/35 http://www.gambody.com/3d-models/tank-merkava-mk4.
Re scaling to 1/16 is pretty straight forward. Just need to change a few things to make it RC

Cool finds Warren
The second one in 1/35 is on my rangefinder in 1/16 ..but I'd rather scratch build
And enjoy doing it ..or there really no point being a model maker

I think of it as printing my own model kits.

Yes I can certainly see the benifits of being able to print
Especial multiple parts the same
It's quite a talent to be able to design part on a pc and then print .. a skill set all of it own
Wish I was a lot more technical
