Looking at getting a Takom Renault FT-17 and making it in to a RC Tank but not sure how to do it
I'm looking at getting a cheap smaller scale RC Tank and striping the electrics out of it for it

Have a look at 35rctank.com, they have electronics and motors on there for 1/35 and small 1/16 projects.

If I'm not mistaken someone on the forum ( no surprise) completed and sold one of these in the past year. I don't recall who the maestro was but if anyone remembers that would be a big help.

I sold my unfinished conversion on the forum last year. I managed to squeeze one of the Tamiya mini rc twin gearboxes into the tank. You will need to get the rc gear fronm 35.com as a Rx 18 wont fit.
