Hey folks, been lurking a while and thought I'd join.
So far I have 3 HL tanks:
MKIV F2, converted from 27Mhz to 2.4Ghz ( that was an ordeal)
M4A3 Sherman 2.4Ghz
T34/85 2.4Ghz
And a Panther on the way!
I'll lurk a bit more, but I've seen a few questions I can answer to try helping folks out so that will come soon.

Anyone prepared to go to the trouble to convert my favourite Tank The Panzer 4 from analogue to digital has my full attention,
I welcome your offer to answer questions as well as to ask them,
I hope you enjoy this place as I am sure you have already noticed we have lots of Members from your homeland BUT we look forward to having many more.

Shaun, the MKIV is one of my favorites too, especially the Ausf G. My other favorite (which I wish someone would make) is the MarderIII Ausf H, looks like a sports car to me! I have a Panda 1/16 38t but haven't done anything with it yet as far as a conversion.
I was originally into 1/6 scale stuff, soldiers and a number of tanks and vehicles, collection got too big and it was taking up a lot of space (still is).
I'm old and retired, but I have always enjoyed planes, trains, and tanks. My British uncle was a tank commander in WWII and my dad was in the 9th AF. My Welsh mom and her sister were both nurses aides. My Welsh grandfather was in the Cheshire Yeomanry and the Royal Machine Gun Corp. All gone now.

A Welcome, Bob, from the Scottish Highlands! . I should also say- 'Yachy Dah" ('iechyd da!' or 'Good health'..) as your Welsh ancestors would have said. You'll find many here with a similar modelling and family CV, and this ought to make you feel right at home very quickly. Being part of the 'Baby Boomer' generation can have its benefits, even though we are the next generation to 'go over the top', so to speak...in WW1 terms. 
Do post pics, tell us more about yourself and your collection, as well as sharing those bits of wisdom you've accumulated, when the right situation presents itself.

I built one, but it was/is my least favourite.
I maybe need to revisit the venerable "German Sherman" but it wont be for a while.

Thanks again guys! Sounds like I've stumbled upon a lively group
The "ordeal" of converting the MKIV involved a bit of smoke and flame...twice
I'm positive that has something to do with me not having elevation control of the main gun ( the toasted component that fell off the board was a clue as well). I'm surprised the thing works at all. I may install another board later but for now it'll have to do.
