I am not so sure that it did make the climb as the driver is standing up in his hatch and so he is unlikely be driving unless he has it in gear with the hand throttle set and he is craning to see where he is going.
So with the Commander and the loader in plain sight perhaps they are waiting for a tow or are about to abandon the Tank

In addition, there's no wake in the river behind them and it looks pretty calm. It doesn't look like they've moved for a little while.

Taking on 60degs boggles the mind... scary...

Rob was saying that it could handle 60%, not 60° Roy. A 60% incline is just over 30°, so in this instance it looks like the limitations of the H/L offering mirror the limitations of the real deal.

I'm sure with a more tractive surface than the sheet, the Heng Long would do better; it has a power-to-weight ratio that would humble any real tank!

Yes, Ram, I was guilty of inattention there, thinking degrees of incline not percentages. Roads here are or were rated in ratios (1-in- 1, 1- in- 5, etc., and this brought Pythagoras' theorem to mind, now they're using percentages...it's not quite the same way of visualising how much your legs will ache on a bike, or how much the engine will labour in the old banger dealing with a 3 in 3 ).
