Panther return rollers

Hi, starting on my Taigen Panther G and was wondering whether the small track return roller near the final drive was all metal or if it had a rubber tyre?

They've got a little rubber tyre on them. The photos I took at Bovington last year aren't very clear, so this'll have to do:
