IBU 2 recoil/gun flash issue
Re: IBU 2 recoil/gun flash issue
Yes the track recoil can be turned off so only gun recoil remains active.h5djr wrote:I have not bought one yet. I just want to make sure that what ever I do buy it can be set so that there is no body or track movement when the main gun is fired, just like a real Leopard. I know the Tamiya is like this it is rather expensive and my modeller skills are not really up to one of those. I'm getting old and fingers no longer work as well as they used to!Tankbear wrote:Which recoil you using?

Re: IBU 2 recoil/gun flash issue
The IBU2 triggers the flash, IR and recoil/airsoft all at the same time. The taigen recoil requires power to the motor to power it forward until it gets to a point then the spring fires it backwards, so the delay is this. Try adjusting the stop limit on the recoil so the recoil is closer to the spring point which will descrease the motor time and delay. Other things to check is the motor under powered, i.e. Flat battery, high resistance wiring or connections (bad solder joint) or even a dud motor.Ferny wrote:It's taigen
