Thanks thats good to know, I'll contact him tomorrow, he sells Henntec adjusters/tensioners for other tanks, and I've been on the Henntec site and think I've found 1 for the bulldog, so will see if he can get hold of 1 for me.

I think it's my useless skills, buying parts from different manufacturers that should probably never go together, stupidly paid well over the odds for the gearboxes, from some German trader on eBay, because I forgot there were traders on here, and my part finding skills are well below par so couldn't see any alternatives, and the shafts on the gearboxes are slightly bigger than the standard Heng Long fitments. Managed to get the standard plastic sprockets on, with a struggle, but when it came to the metal replacements from Mato, I had to try and open out the hole a bit to stand any chance of getting them on without breaking the hull...

That's pretty standard for Taigen gearboxes. I usually take the dremmel to the edges of the flat area on the drive-axles. That makes the fit just right.

Had the same problem with my bulldog, it does seem way to tight when you take out a link, but like Pete say's they loosen over time, mines still going strong after 2 yr's. Save yourself anymore hassle fella and just fit them on tight.

I've bought from ding ding previously, I believe he trades under a few other names too, that I've also purchased from. Personally find the Welsh Dragon Models website not overly user friendly, and selection of parts for the bulldog is non-existant.

I did do that aswell, kept on sanding the shaft and inside the sprocket until I could get it to fit, though still very tight. Not too sure they're Taigen though, can't remember what the ad said, but I do know they've made the tank considerably slower.

Track link now removed, hope they stretch a bit as I did like having the slack on the top run, hanging down between the idlers.
