Thanks thats good to know, I'll contact him tomorrow, he sells Henntec adjusters/tensioners for other tanks, and I've been on the Henntec site and think I've found 1 for the bulldog, so will see if he can get hold of 1 for me.

That's pretty standard for Taigen gearboxes. I usually take the dremmel to the edges of the flat area on the drive-axles. Had the same problem with my bulldog, it does seem way to tight when you take out a link, but like Pete say's they loosen over time, mines still going strong after 2 yr's. Save yourself anymore hassle fella and just fit them on tight.

I've bought from ding ding previously, I believe he trades under a few other names too, that I've also purchased from. I did do that aswell, kept on sanding the shaft and inside the sprocket until I could get it to fit, though still very tight.
