Well while contemplating drilling all those holes I've looked at the "retainers" that secure the Reactive Tiles, these pieces.

Here are the results of my first attempt. This one is the prototype and I used it to work through the pieces and tooling needed. I now need to make 34 of them. Each is made up of 4 pieces soldered together. There will also be 2 bolts and washers along with the retaining pin. :crazy: Not to sure about the keeper chain that attaches them to the tank.....yet!

Barry I applaud your efforts and skills but at this rate there will certainly be a brass shortage here in the states this is incredible

I wonder if this still count into the HL.build section. To me it looks like a scratch build with a HL mould underneath to aid you in placing the parts at the correct location. Please keep it up it is a pleasure to follow along.
