Don't Ya Just Love Good Instructions?

Post by Max-U52 »

We all know I'm working on the Hetzer, and one of it's features will be volume control from the TX, for which I'll use the new RVC from RCtankelectronics. I know the RVC has to be calibrated to the TX/RX so I went to Ian's site and looked at the product page for the RVC, and there I found complete, step by step, easy to use instructions for calibration, free for all to see, whether they buy/bought one or not.

Now, I know in the Grand Scheme of Things this is a small item, but I wanted to make some noise about it in the hopes that other vendors will take note that some of us (who spend a fair amount on this hobby) really appreciate that sort of thing and it will mean repeat business. Making a good product at a good price is a wonderful thing, but making a good product at a good price and then making it as easy to figger out how to use it as Ian has is that step above and beyond that makes the difference.

For those vendors that already do that sort of thing, pay me no mind. But for those that don't, I hope this will help to make it easier for you to get me to feel good about spending money with you. @) :/

When FDR coined the phrase "The Arsenal of Democracy", he was talking about Detroit. Proud to live in the 2nd most violent city in America!!
