Still think they should force UK couriers to run a Highlands & Islands service properly rather than being able to focus on the more profitable runs. Gives them an unfair advantage over Royal Mail.

What I find inexplicable is that the council will spend a fortune repairing potholes, make a nice smooth road....and then spend another fortune installing spine jarring speed bumps to slow the traffic down??
