Oh I wouldnt worry about your having to artificially wear your track pads Mr C, Im sure you will run the thing enough for it to create its own real wear !!
It has come to my attention that one Mr Tamiya has passed away aged only 59, I suspect after the release of Tamiya's new static 1/16th M1 Abrams, they saw your thread and that was it for the poor bugger.
My wife and I begin a two week rail journey around the US tomorrow. Her birthday is the 5th of June and this is our birthday/retirement gift to ourselves.
We will travel from Savannah Ga to Washington D.C. spending the night there then on to Charleston W.V. to visit with her brother for a couple of days. From there we go to Chicago IL to catch the train going to Williamson AZ then the Grand Canyon Railway up to the south rim of the Grand Canyon spending 4 days there. We will leave there heading out to Los Angles CA to catch the train to New Orleans LA spending two nights there. We will leave there terminating our rail trip in Atlanta GA. Our daughter will drive to Atlanta from Savannah to pick us up returning to Savannah.
I do not have to drive a single mile!
Later folks,
Barry
