And your new build is not in keeping with our modern construction techniques, for one, there is no concrete or glass in the entire build.
Also, I must point out, due to the nature of your construction materials, we will require form ELEC231/05 to be filled out in triplicate by the qualified electrician that installed your lighting system. Along with structural calculations for the size of the roof beams chosen. Further more, we will require proof of adequate thermal instalation if this construction is in any way intended for habitation.
Please expect and make provisions for your availability over the next 60 days for a visit from your local fire department to discuss current regulations regarding timber framed buildings.
