A question about El-Mod full prop

I've got the thinktank and blaster set up, and im going for the 4-6 channel prop system.

My question is; where do I wire in the smoker to get power? As there is no rx14 board in there, should I run the power from something else, like the motors?

how about taking a feed from the battery to power the smoker

I was thinking that too, I was just worried the power directly from the battery would damage the smoker.

You won't wreck the smoker unit form that they usually die anyway but, it will run great off the battery just don't let it run dry,, but then don't over fill it!
