Carl!
Thank you very much, my friend. I'm just doing what I can in advance of the last parts arriving then doing some basic weathering and wrapping it up. ;o)
regards,
Painless

Nope - neither the General nor me have enough class to appreciate such a magnificent build.

Good morning,
Herman, apologies for the Americanism. I just meant finishing up the build.
Mike, I hope you're not being serious. If it wasn't for you guys, I wouldn't still be building. ;o)

Painless

Tonight after work was antenna and stowage night. I got a goodly deal of it built including ammo cans and a big crate full of something ( vino maybe? ) The resin ammo links were harder to heat and bend correctly than I had anticipated but at the end, I had an open box of .50 cal rounds to set next to the BMG. She looks great Mr Painless! I do like how the photo makes it look like crazy Joe is about to lob a Molotov cocktail!

Tom, Good morning sir,
I think Joe would rather set himself on fire than waste good wine, ( well, liquor period ;o) It took summat more work than I had anticipated but it is definitely going to be the new leader in the tank park.
regards,
Painless

Carl! I think I'll have to build Joe a back story one of these days. The General always assumed it was women and strong drink that gave Joe his horrific expression. I don't know. Time will tell. Tonight was another evening spent with stowage. Some personal items and lots of ammo cans. I have enough packs for a crew and now I need to add strapping and weather them More as I discover spares or find items out and about. Pics:

Where do I start !?
Before you do an expose on ole Joe, how about

How the hell did you get the .50 ammo to look like that ?
Paint codes mandatory, and a technique please. ;)

The wooden look bucket is a real nice touch................no way Id have put it on the approach-angle position, but damn it looks nice.
This thing when covered in all its accouterments is really going to look like the 'Beverly Hillbillies" rolling into L.A. !!!!!!

Oh.............and :wtf: :silent: for the picture of the view out the back window :/
